Arrival and departure
- CHECK-IN: On the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.
- CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure until 12:00 noon

- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house
- In winter, for stays of 2 or more nights, we offer our guests free use of public transport in Upper Engadine including Bregaglia
- In summer, for stays of 2 or more nights, we offer our guests free use of all Upper Engadine mountain railways as well as public transport (RhB and buses) in Upper Engadine and in Bregaglia up to Chiavenna
- Free parking spaces in front of the house
- Mountain bikes are available. We rent out two e-bikes from Flyer.
- Pressreader: Free access via www.pressreader.com to over 7000 newspapers and magazines from all over the world

Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. 21 to 7 days before arrival we charge 50%, for less than 7 days before the arrival date 100% of the days that can no longer be resold. This regulation applies if we are unable to re-rent the room, as well as in the case of late arrival and early departure or no-show. Cancellations are handled in accordance with Art. 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Only Swiss law applies.
